Holli's Baby Shower

Time is flying by so quickly, I couldn't believe that yesterday was Holli's baby shower; and that baby Holland could be here in two months or less. Here are a few pictures of the fun that was had with friends and family.
Holli and her mom
Isabella says "I will just hide out here as long
as someone feeds me some of that fine food"
Holli's cake..no Maren didn't make this one
We had a great feast. It's great when everyone
brings something to share.
Miss Gabi, our little Diva, needed a
headband fix.
Gabi loved seeing all the things for her new little brother
So, what do boys get to do when all the women are
at a baby shower? The Hartmanns have a great
piece of land and Braydon loved it. He was picking
up acorns.
Just walking around checking out the place
Top of the mountain
Eventually all the little ones ended up digging
for treasure in the dirt pile. Miss Gabi, the diva,
was even digging in the dirt pile.
If you asked them what they were doing..digging
for gold
My mom has crocheted blankets and sweaters for
all grandchildren and great grandchildren. But with
her passing away last year, I have tried to take over
with the crochet hook. I miss being able to call her and
ask her how to do a certain stitch. I did make Holland
a blanket. Holli was amazed by the edging. Hopefully
my mom was proud of my trying to carry on a
family tradition.

The little girls loved being a part of the gift giving

And Braydon is still digging and digging for gold
We had a great time and just wish all of our family lived close by so we could share the time together. Now we just wait for baby Holland's arrival.
