with the three wise men. I love nativity scenes and
it is fun having one on my tree.

was one years old with the last name of Eyrich.
My mom's grandmother was from
Germany, her last name being Meyer. Her
grandfather was from Germany
with the last name of Viemeister.
purchased because my mom's other set of
grandparents were from Norway. Their last
name was Tunesen but changed it to Thompsen.
times I have made Christmas cookies with
the grandchildren.

It is a knitted sweater with the word Mom knitted
on it twice. The design of the sweater is very Norwegian.
Now it will be a treasured ornament because of my own
mom and the wonderful things she made for all of us
through the years.

This teddy bear ornament was made in commemoration
of the 100th year of the Teddy bear, named after
Teddy Roosevelt.
Christmas tree. I remember them hanging on his
tree when I was a little girl.
I have a love of Noah's Ark items. Walk into my house and you will see many decorations that encompass my love of Noah's Ark. Below are some of the Noah's Ark ornaments that decorate my tree.

still love the ornament.

will miss buying a new one each year.

I love this blog and all the pictures of ornaments! You and I are the same about our ornaments - every one of ours tells a story. My favorite of yours is the little sweater. It's precious I'm sure it will always mean a lot to you.
I LOVE reading about ornaments and their meanings to you! I need to go through ours and do the same before they are all broken. Good news is that I STILL have the Troy Aikman ornament you got me when I was a freshman at BYU in 1996. So fun!!
