From Flagstaff, AZ to Amarillo, Texas

Last evening we stayed in Flagstaff, AZ. It was beautiful there, great weather. Left this morning and along the way here is what we ran into because of the wind. Sandstorms. I guess you could say it is similar to driving through a thick Beaumont fog.

just blow across the highway in different
places.

You can see how it starts. When looking at
it, you would think it's just some sand blowing
across the highway. But, it just keeps getting
bigger and bigger.

This one started over by the railroad tracks.

Tomorrow morning we will leave Amarillo heading back to Beaumont. I know that Hatcher will be glad to see us and then it is back to normal(?) schedules. It was a great trip and we are so grateful for all that we were able to see. Next on the block? All the great videos and pictures of the grandchildren. You know me and grandchildren...camera always on.
