Their gigantic Nerf guns, more like rifles, were on sale for half price. What a fun Christmas that would make for the little boys oh and also the "big little boys". Someone probably thought I was crazy buying all these Nerf guns. Now, one of the competitive issues we had was that there was one gun different. Rich and Kim didn't let us know until the week before Christmas that they were driving down. Another trip to the store, but this time Target came through for me; only thing being that the Nerf rifle there was different than the others. You should have heard the bickering going on between the guys because Ryan had a clear gun with some other kind of shooting technique.
Little Maren said it wasn't fair; she wanted a Nerf gun also. She had been given one for Christmas in Vegas and she wanted to be part of the fight. Our granddaughters are so lady like!!
We would have had two more guns had Chad and Mark been there; but Meigan was really sick with all this crud that is going on around here and Chad stayed home to take care of her. I think that is a nice Christmas gift. Knowing Chad and Meigan, they will use Chad's Nerf gun and Meigan will grab one of the kids' and there will be a Nerf gun war at their home.
Opening the big Surprise (oh, such little kids!)
The race is on--who puts their Nerf gun
together first
How do you put these together?!
Who shoots the first shot?
Ryan is going to be dead if he doesn't get his
Nerf gun to work. Other guns are already
shooting.
Be careful, Blake can really shoot.

That was THE most fun I've ever had at Christmas. I laughed so hard my stomach hurt! I vote that every year we all get some sort of artillery (non-lethal, of course) and battle it out!
amen holli!!!next year I vote the girls get it though and gang up on the boys!!!!!
