Our Second Christmas Celebration

We had another family Christmas on the 27th because Kim and family came in on the 26th from Vegas. Turkey and ham were on the menu for dinner; and of course, Baskin Robbins ice cream cake for dessert. The cousins were so grateful to be able to see each other as the years have gone by since they saw each other. Now we share our Second Merry Christmas.
Jocie was a cutie as she was opening her gifts.
I think this one was Cinderella lip gloss, yummy!
Hayes saying "Ooo! Apples to Apples Jr."
Isn't she the cutest thing you have ever seen?
Little Maren has the best smile and it matches
her giggly personality. Now we see the side of Kaylin and her hat.
Actually, they both decided to look like gangsters. Here is Maren opening these baby balls that are
so much fun. We finally were able to get them away
from her and give them to Isabella!
Don't Emma and Jocie look so excited in the background?
Blake was excited about his Thomas the Train game.
l have always loved getting the grandchildren
toys that make noise. We found Jocie a Cinderella
"CD" player. They have plastic CD's that play over
and over again. She loved it, not sure about
everybody else.
What I love about this picture is that the
Snuggie for Emma is Houston Texans (no
Dallas Cowboys for her). However, on the
side of the box are the symbols for each NFL team.
Blake was able to find the Dallas Cowboys Star.
That's our Dallas Cowboy fan!!
Papa loves having Jocie and Blake on his lap.
Jocie loved her Zoobles.
Emma and her hat and scarf. She's a cutie,
isn't she?
Isabella decided the heck with presents; she
would just eat her mommy's hair.
Kaylin loved her Dallas Cowboy Snuggie. Way
to go Kaylin. Go Cowboys!

We, of course, just had to take lots of video. They are short, but sweet. And some of them are filled with lots of Petersen noise.

opens his Iron Man toys

Emma and her Michi bag covers. A Michi bag
is a purse where you can change the outside of
the bag. It is magnetic and a great idea.

Blake and Buzz Light Year

Braydon and Iron Man

It's the annual Calendar opening. When Kaylin,
Emma, Maren, and Hayes were younger, I
gave them a calendar every year. Once family
moved away, I had stopped the tradition. Well,
this year I started the tradition again and even the
grown up girls received a calendar. I think the hit
was Emma's--Harry Potter.

Isabella likes the box. Isn't that always how
it is with a baby?

It's an Iron Man Christmas. Now it is Blake's
turn to open his Iron Man toy.

It's the Bakugan Battle Arena (or something
like that). Braydon loves playing Bakugan.

Crayons and coloring books? Yes, for each
grandchild from ages 4 to 15. They were very
excited. OK, Isabella didn't get one. Maybe
next year.

Gabi was so excited with her new gymnastics'
leotard. And a shirt, too which almost got
thrown out. It looked too much like the wrapping paper.
And to all a good night!!
