Tonight I am still getting things ready for our trip to New York. As I look at the bags and suitcases that need to be packed, it amazes me that I used to do this for a family of seven. However, physically I feel like I have been getting a family of seven ready for vacation. Does life ever slow down? I remember Roz's talk today on time in our lives. All I know is that time goes by way too quickly especially when I am trying to get something done.
So, on to continual packing I go. The best part of all of this? The scenic route we are taking to New York. Usually we rush up to New York to get to whatever celebration is going on. But this time, Eric said "Let's take the scenic route". So we are taking an extra day and driving through the Blue Ridge and Appalachian mountains. If I can remember what Kyle taught me about hooking up my camera to Eric's laptop, I will post some photos on my blog as we travel.
New York...here we come!!
