Yes folks, that is my beautiful hot pink cast. Went and saw the great and wonderful Marshall Hayes and he said that hot pink is the in color right now.
Tore the ligaments in my ankle on Friday when I fell during my walk with Hatcher. So, anybody want to play Phase 10, Uno? Plant my garden out front? Oh, well--I have lots of books to read and lots of Sudoku puzzles to keep me busy.
Although, I have done rather well--55 years old and my first cast. How's that for living?

Yikes! How long do you have to wear it? They aren't fun...wait till it starts to stink.
I'll come play uno or phase ten with you...I love those games. I miss being at/in your home and spending time with the wonderful Petersen clan! Hope you don't have to wear the cast too long and hopefully it heals soon for you!

You should definitely listen to my dad for medical advice but I'm pretty sure NOT to listen to him for fashion advice. :) Might as well wear it proud and bright since it is only temporary! Wish we could come and play games at your house with you! Hang in there! Love ya!
