When I read my e-mails this morning, I noticed one from Kyle. He had written it yesterday, March 3, a very special day that he shares with Eric and me.
Being not of sound mind and totally forgetting most things in my life, Kyle told me "Happy Baptism Anniversary". Kyle is probably the only one to remember to say that because he also was baptized on March 3; but the year happened to be 1990, 17 years after we were baptized in Okinawa, Japan.
We are so blessed to have found the gospel and to know the things we know to be true. The Book of Mormon has answered so many questions for me because it is Another Testament of Christ and answers for me some questions that I never knew the answers to with just the King James Version of the Bible. The Bible is a wonderful book of scripture in which I am reading Joshua presently. I have learned many comforting words from my Heavenly Father in the Old Testament and I am only in the 6th book.
I am grateful that I have been taught to study the scriptures daily. When we combine the Bible with the Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants, and Pearl of Great Price, we have a library or should I say a "talking library" where Heavenly Father and his Son Jesus Christ speak to each one of us every day.
Thank you Kyle for reminding me of a very special day in our lives and in yours.

Congratulations! I can't imagine what it would've been like had you not gotten baptized. That's awesome.
