Hard to Say Good-bye

The hardest part of having family visit is having to say good-bye especially when they are going back to Vegas. But, we had a fun last day and sealed it off with a visit to Baskin Robbins so Aunt Maren could say good-bye to Maren, Jocie and Blake (and Kim, too).

Emma had to say good-bye to Maren before we went for ice cream and to the airport. However, it wasn't good-bye for too long as Emma, as I am typing this, is on her way to the airport to fly to Vegas for two weeks
Jocie loves eating ice cream. I think the hard part was that she didn't know she was close to leaving on a big plane.Maren is a great big sister to Blake and Jocie. Look at those smiles. Definitely happy children.

I love to hear Jocie and Blake's voices. They are so darn cute. Maren thought it was a still picture as you will see in the video.

How is this for a good-bye picture. The top should say "Take Grandma home with you".

We had a blast with Kim and the kids here. The problem, as always, is the time goes by way too quickly. We tried to fit so much into every day so we could just have fun. Now we will have to wait until Thanksgiving when we plan a trip back out to Vegas.
