Most of you know that we brought Hatcher inside last December. He had been an outdoor dog, but our dear children showed us what a good indoor dog he could be. When people see Hatcher in our house, their first response is "You have a dog in the house?". Their next response is "I can't believe what a good dog he is after being outside for five years". Hatcher has turned out to be the great protector. He is so attached to me that he follows me everywhere every minute of the day. It's like having a toddler in the house again that is at my feet all day long. However, when one of the grandchildren are here asleep, he lays down by them as if he is their great protector while they are sleeping.

Here is Hatcher watching over Braydon while
he takes his nap.
I guess he got tired of sitting and protecting.
His eyes make him look like he is a demon or
something. But, he really is a good dog.

I love that Hatcher. I'm so glad he's doing so well. He's really come leaps and bounds.
